Payments

SweetPeas Cloth currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments.  All payments are processed through PayPal and PayPals secure payment servers.  SPC (SweetPeasCloth) believes that PayPal offers some of the best encryption and secure payment processing for merchants.  Please read below and see why SPC uses PayPal.

Industry-Leading Use of Encryption.

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of PayPals most important priorities. That’s why they automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers.

Your computer:

When registering or logging in to PayPal, they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.

In transit:

Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).

PayPal servers:

Your personal information is stored on PayPal servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.

As you can see one of the most important factors is the safety of your information.  We believe that PayPal is the perfect, the safest, and easiest choice.  There is no need for our customers to have a paypal account to process their payments.  However if you do have a paypal account you can login during checkout for a faster and more personalized experience.  Please see PayPals privacy policy if you need more information.  

Shipping

Please see the table below to fiqure your shipping charges.  SPC is proud to offer free shipping on ALL orders over $65.00.  SPC will deliver items purchased locally for fast service.  Shipping charges apply to continental United States.  Please contact us if you reside in another location.

 Tax

SPC must charge sales tax on all orders within the State of Ohio.

Returns

1. All return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase / invoice date or event date for gift registries.
2. Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned.  Items must include original tags and packaging, if applicable.
3. You must email support@sweetpeascloth.com for a return merchandise authorization.
4. Support will email your RMA back with return instructions. 
5. The return instructions will have all information and shipping instructions.
6. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  SPC can not be responsible for returned items not recieved so it is recommended that you purchase package insurance or at least a delivery confirmation.
7. If you have opted for a refund you will be refunded with a store credit unless otherwise specified.  If you have specified, your original type of payment will be refunded with a 10% restocking fee deducted.
8. Clearance items can not be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS.
9. Defective merchandise will be handled through the original manufacturer as SPC can not accept defective merchandise.  Please see our manufacturers warranty information.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.  All steps of your ordering process is completed over SSL Encrypted pages.  All credit card information is completed over PayPal servers providing you with some of the most secure transactions possible. 

SPC does not and will not sell, or distribute your information to anyone.  Your information is given to SPC for ordering purposes and we will only use it for its intended use.
