Their patented pocket design enables moms and dads to stuff the diaper with a micro-terry insert or other absorbent materials and then also easily shake out the insert into the diaper pail. No folds over the pocket or other pocket variations from the original design forcing you to touch the inside of the dirty diaper, ick!
